Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Citizens Financial Group is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, and possess strong persuasion and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet company objectives. 2. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and events. 5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools. 6. Support the Marketing Manager in daily tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
