Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Amgen is seeking a confident and driven Office Manager to work from home in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in office management. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.


Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations - Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Manage budgets and expenses related to office operations - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance - Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations - Support senior management with special projects and initiatives as required


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in office management or a similar role for at least 4 years - Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective people management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Experience in creating a culture of belonging and promoting diversity and inclusivity is a plus
