Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

As the Online Contact Center Manager at US Foods Holding in London, England, you will play a critical role in managing the online contact center operations and ensuring seamless customer service delivery. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online contact center, including managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the online contact center and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. - Lead training and development initiatives for the online contact center team to enhance their skills and performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in customer service delivery.


Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong customer-centric mindset. - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in managing online contact center operations and leading a team of customer service representatives. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in using contact center technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
