Yum Brands is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize various software systems to access customer information and track interactions - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems - Hardworking and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service - Cooperation and collaboration with team members to achieve common goals
