Job Description:

Caterpillar, a leading company in the industrial equipment industry, is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with little to no prior work experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through various channels including email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner. 7. Work closely with the marketing team to promote new products and services online.
