Overview: We are seeking a Remote Support Manager to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb in London, England. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, possess resilience and a strong work ethic, and demonstrate excellent teamwork and time management skills. This is a part-time, associate-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage a remote team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Ensure timely and effective communication with team members and other departments - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for remote support activities - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are met - Troubleshoot support issues and escalate as necessary to ensure optimal customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments to address cross-functional issues and improve processes - Provide regular reports to management on team performance and key metrics - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a remote support or similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Resilient and hardworking attitude with a strong commitment to customer service - Team player with excellent time management and organizational skills
