Support Specialist

Job Description:

Desktop Metal is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a Support Specialist at Desktop Metal, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter with our products.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with Desktop Metal products - Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other teams, such as Engineering and Sales, to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use Desktop Metal products effectively

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a technical support role - Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically to solve technical problems - Leadership abilities to guide customers through troubleshooting processes effectively - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers - Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing platforms - Experience in the 3D printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
