IT Support Specialist - Part-Time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join Officielle Technologies Inc. You will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, supporting employees with technical issues, and ensuring all systems, devices, and digital services operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
3. Manage company user accounts, email services, and access permissions.
4. Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues.
5. Monitor IT equipment and ensure systems remain secure and operational.
6. Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by preparing IT equipment and accounts.
7. Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
8. Support cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection and password management.
9. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve internal IT processes.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
4. Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and cybersecurity.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
6. Ability to prioritize multiple support requests efficiently.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
