About the Role
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life across digital platforms, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and brand consistency. This role involves designing assets for web, mobile, and social media, transforming marketing ideas into visually engaging and impactful materials that connect with audiences.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to translate strategies into effective visual executions — from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented designer with strong technical skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of user centered design principles.
This is a remote, full time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing creativity with strategic thinking.
Your Responsibilities
Design compelling visuals for web, mobile and social media platforms that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Develop creative concepts and bring them to execution with minimal supervision, from design ideation to final delivery.
Ensure visual consistency and a cohesive user experience across all communication channels.
Apply accessible and inclusive design principles to make sure all designs are usable for diverse audiences.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to support campaign needs and new initiatives.
Produce production-ready assets and coordinate with developers for smooth implementation.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creativity and innovation.
Competencies and Relevant Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design (UI/UX, visual design, or related roles).
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, user-centered design thinking, and the ability to solve business problems through design.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.), and familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch or InVision.
Skilled in branding, illustration, iconography, layour design and animation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
Experience working in agile or fast paced environments is a plus.
Bonus points for experience in motion design, animation or video editing.
Knowledge or exposure to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or health-tech industries is an advantage.
