Electrical Technology Teacher - Urgent

AppleOne has partnered with an accredited career college in Ontario, CA to assist them in hiring an Electrical Technology Teacher.

Job Title: Electrical Technology Teacher
Location: Ontario, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite/2 days remote online)
Type of Employment: Direct Hire
Schedules: Full time or Part time available
Class times: Monday-Thursday 3 shifts available 7:30 am-noon, 12:30 pm-5:15 pm, 5:30 pm -10:15 pm
Pay Rate: $25-$37 per hour

Faculty members are primarily responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Faculty members facilitate and ensure student learning and mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes as defined in the curriculum and course syllabi. Faculty are supported and supervised by the Academic Dean, Program Director, and/or Division Manager.

Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:

Associate or Meet Faculty Equivalency
Experience or training with industrial AC/DC control circuits and/or electrical technology
Minimum 3 years of Experience, Education, and/or Training in current practices of subject
Teaching Topics: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Wiring, PLC, Conduit Bending, Blueprint Reading, Theory and Application.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Fulfills all duties enumerated within the Statement of Faculty Responsibilities
Reviews and adheres to the guidelines in the Faculty Handbook.
Prepares and executes lesson plans for assigned courses
Prepares course syllabus and informs students of course requirements
Documents grades and other student interaction in Campus Nexus within 48 hours
Adheres to programmatic accrediting requirements
Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities: Faculty supervise student conduct in the classroom, on the campus, and on field trips and school related functions.

What We Offer: What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $25.00 - $37.00 Per hour.
