Position: Capture Associate

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.


The Capture Associate will work closely with Kreative Technologies' leadership team and other industry and government partners to develop capture strategy, tactics, and produce capture products such as competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and prices-to-win analysis results applied to improve competitive posture. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in captures/proposals that will assist with capture efforts, including investment strategy, supplier and contract partnerships, technical development, and customer relationships and alignment priorities. Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to win, developing compelling value propositions, and preparing strong business cases to leadership. Must have proven strong team leadership skills and writing abilities. Candidate must be comfortable with briefing at the executive level and establishing NDAs, working with GSC, teaming, and sourcing.

Responsibilities:
Customer relationship management and development; Customer acquisition approach analysis and shaping; Government Relations collaboration on engagement strategies and execution

Developing capture strategy and tactics with the Capture Manager to produce capture products such as competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and prices-to-win analysis results applied to improve competitive posture.

Helps to develop clear and concise Win Themes and Value Propositions for the capture.

Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and functional organizations involved in program pursuit.

Developing relationships with teaming partners and industry associations to help drive partnerships

Coordinating and collaborating with line of business management, strategy, business and finance, contracts and global supply chain, technology and engineering offices and functions

Development and management of investment capture project funds, schedule, and execution

Meet and exceed sales bookings targets consistently. Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings numbers based on lead generation, qualification and sales process review

Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitors; develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Utilize strong leadership and influencing skills; negotiate and build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization.

Plan, measure and communicate progress towards the plan, identify roadblocks, and contribute to appropriate resolutions.

Plan and execute account strategy by segment and geography, create and present sales plans, set milestones, measure performance and be accountable for results to executive management.

Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

2-4+ years direct inside sales experience.

Outstanding track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally.

Knowledge, experience and understanding of the Emergency Management Industry and the U.S. Federal Government landscape.

SaaS experience is a must. In addition to experience selling into the Federal Government, sales experience with commercial companies is a plus (ie. Utilities; Gas and Pipeline companies; Logistic Companies; Rail Companies; Shipping companies; Large distribution Companies; Large tech and multinational companies

Excellent oral and written communication skills
