HR/Safety Admin (EP2903) - Generous Compensation

We are seeking an HR/Safety Admin to provide Administrative support to the Human Resources and Safety teams along with additional HR related responsibilities as needed.

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay rate: $20.00-28.00/hour

Schedule: M-F; 7AM - 4PM

Duties:

• Provide Administrative support to HR Manager and Safety Manager
• Prepare employee records for new hires; conduct audits on database to ensure employees are in compliance for certifications/licenses.
• Prepare reports for management team to review for improvements and trends with current employees.
• Filing, scheduling, new-hire onboarding/orientation
• Conduct on-site drug screenings, COVID tests and safety trainings.
• Perform other HRÂ Administration duties as assigned.

Experience:

• 2+ years of HR Coordinating/Assisting experience required
• Bilingual English and Spanish Required
• Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience required
• Good computer/MS software knowledge; ability to perform Pivot Tables
• Safety experience required
• Ability to work independently
