Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative If you are some one who engages customers and greets them to offer assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience. They are the front line of support and help to ensure that clients are satisfied and receive the knowledge and understanding of the products and services

Responsibilities

Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
Identify and assess clients' needs to make proper product recommendations
Answers customer questions about terms of sale
Provides the highest level of customer service
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age
Must have good organizational skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Positive and professional demeanor
