Remote Sourcing Specialist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote Sourcing Specialist to fill an opening with a prestigious Primary Care / Health System in Fort Myers, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Remote Sourcing Specialist:

You’ll partner closely with HR recruitment team to research, source, and identify qualified candidates in the first stage of the recruitment process. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is also a self-starter and does not need a lot of training.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm EST

Required Qualifications for Remote Sourcing Specialist:

3+ years of sourcing experience
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS), and candidate management systems.
High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications for Remote Sourcing Specialist:

Any healthcare experience
