Required Skills and Experience *

  • 3 + years of experience within a Sales Manager role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar.
  • Experience in the plastics or packaging sector.

 

Job Description *

We are seeking for a hands-on and proactive individual to join our team as Commercial Sales Manager for a growing bioplastics company based in Brazil and the USA. We are looking for someone with experience in the plastics or packaging sector, who will join the team with DRIVE and IDEAS, deeply committed, and alongside the Brazil team, be the driving force behind bioplastic sales in the United States. We need someone with a lot of enthusiasm and energy who seeks to make a difference. This is a Full-time role, with location flexibility and work from home format. Preferably we seek candidates living in Houston, TX.

 

Execute all commercial actions of the company in the US: prospecting, meetings,

identifying technical and commercial requirements, material delivery, tryouts, and sales.

  • Conquer customers/markets/applications for the end clients products.
  • Constantly research new business development opportunities and value proposition
  • opportunities.
  • Seek customer loyalty and recurring sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare and manage the commercial budget for the US ensuring its compliance and sales
  • objectives.
  • Map local market competitors and benchmarks and suggest market strategies.
  • Present results and planned actions in weekly meetings.
