Warehouse Counter Sales Rep.

WORK HOURS: M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1/2 Hr. Lunch)

PROFICIENCIES
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Prior direct related auto upholstery supplies warehouse sales experience a plus
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish a plus)
5. Fundamental math skills
6. Verified computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet searches)
7. Valid D.L. with good driving record for past three (3) years.
8. SAGE Peachtree software a plus

JOB DUTIES
1. Performs duties as counter sales in an uncontrolled warehouse environment by receiving and
entering Sales Orders via fax, email, phone or walk-in customers
2. Assists customers in pulling products and cutting rolled goods as needed
3. Loads and unloads trucks
4. Stocks products on shelves
5. Calls customers when orders are ready for pick-up and support with local deliveries in Company
vehicle in case of emergency and Company Driver is unavailable
7. Closely follows all established policy guidelines and pricing for customer accounts and service
8. Works closely with sales team to identify new opportunities for customers
9. Ability to identify issues and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer
concerns
10. Assists with maintaining inventory levels on the floor
11. Any other duties as assigned

***We equate this job to someone working at Home Depot or possibly Auto Zone. There are physical aspects including climbing ladders to pull product and off-loading trucks on as needed basis. This position favors a male for the job due to the physical requirements but will consider a female who demonstrates these abilities.
