Workfront Project Manager - Energetic Workplace

Opening with our retail brand client for a Workfront Project Manager. Part-Time (24 hours per week).

The Workfront Project Manager will play a critical role in creating, maintaining, and communicating project timelines for various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management within the retail industry. Experience with Workfront project management software is a plus.

You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines for category marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product development, and sales to ensure alignment and adherence to project deadlines.
• Communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders, providing regular status reports as needed.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in project timelines, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
• Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and assets, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management (within the retail industry preferred).
• Proficiency in project management software, with experience in Workfront being a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
