Service Desk Technician II - Energetic Workplace

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician II to join our team for a prominent company in the logistics space. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT infrastructure knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of Windows Server environments
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including LAN/WAN, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Proficient in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
