Accounting Assistant - Urgent Hiring

Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Shift: 1st

Pay: $18 - 23/hr

Job Duties

• Reviews and oversees all accounts.
• Keeps records of company register.
• Data entry and reporting to bank.
• Prepares and reports a budget based on previous year trends.
• Issues credits and debits to customers and vendors.
• Issues vendor approval and reviews accounts to issue weekly check runs.
• Obtains credit approvals and sets limits for customers.
• Working with all other departments as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant preferred.
• 5-10 years of accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Technical skills and experience in financial reporting, consolidation accounting
• Must have experience in managing others and able to be assertive.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
