• Provide direct one-on-one support to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student behavior and progress
• Assist in devising and executing behavior management strategies in coordination with teachers and support staff
• Actively engage in team meetings, collaborating with educators, therapists, and parents/guardians to ensure consistent behavior support
• Aid in implementing positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) within the school environment
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure confidentiality in interactions involving students, families, and faculty
