Hackbarth Delivery Service is a reputable courier and delivery service provider dedicated to delivering excellence to our customers. We are looking for reliable and motivated Courier Drivers to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.
As a Courier Driver at Hackbarth Delivery Service, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of packages, documents, and goods to various destinations. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries on time and in excellent condition.
Available Shifts: Monday- Friday from 6:00am to 11:30am. The end times may vary depending on the route.
Payrate: $15.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages promptly and safely.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and obtain required signatures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is a plus.
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
