Customer Account Representative CAR - Leading Industry Pay

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide excellent customer service while meeting company customer retention and growth requirements. To help with store operations, as listed below.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position will require you to help with deliveries, including furniture and appliances. Your employment will also include field visits and other tasks as outlined by your Store Manager.
• Assist the Store Manager with Account Management and other business operations.
• Greet every customer with a positive, helpful, and professional approach.
• Deliver our merchandise and assist customers with product, payment, or service concerns while managing accounts and focusing on customer retention.
• Answer our company phones per company policy.

The Customer Account Manager position is fast-paced and has many different facets. Very little desk time exists, and successful candidates are energetic and self-motivated. We're seeking a career-driven individual capable of managing other accounts and tasks simultaneously while assisting the team with meeting or exceeding team or company performance goals.
