Director of Marketing - Join a Market Leader

Benson's Restaurant Group is a family-owned hospitality company based in Milwaukee that conceptualizes, develops and operates a portfolio of restaurants. Benson’s Restaurant Group, a division of Marcus Investments, currently operates and manages multiple restaurant concepts: The Bridgewater Modern Grill, Onesto, The Edison, Blue Bat Kitchen & Tequilaria, Smoke Shack and AJ Bombers. They also serve as the franchisor of Zaffiro's pizza brand.

The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
• Conduct data research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster professional growth and development.
• Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
• Develop content, menu design and graphics that is consistent, but highlights each restaurant’s unique brand.

Education and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.

• At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.
• Experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva preferred.
