What's a typical day as an HR Support Representative? You'll be:
• Professionally responding to incoming customer requests both promptly and thoroughly within the scope of responsibility.
• Maintaining the team's group email box and voicemail by assigning customer escalations to the correct team member.
• Providing quality service and support in various areas, including leave of absence, disability, workers' compensation, sick time, timecard management, and statutory benefits.
• Compiling and generating reports related to customer service surveys.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
