Description
A Marketing Coordinator at XTalk Prep is responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our consulting services. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively coordinate various marketing activities to ensure their successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Support the management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing software, social media management tools).
