Open to Houston, Cleveland, Cary, Westerville, Auburn Hills office locations (position will by hybrid)
Person will be responsible for building a network of talent in the Pulp, Paper, Mining and Metals industries.
Will ideally source via LinkedIn, Technical Schools and Military.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Communicates with Talent Partners for the available positions and their requirements
• Creates talent pipeline for hiring needs by evaluating and screening potential candidates with focus
on engineering, product/project management, sales and more
• Develops recruitment emails, *** brand announcements online and offline to generate candidate
interest
• Crowdsources potential candidates and generate referrals from current employees
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and through professional networks
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Connects on social media and with professional networks to interact with potential candidates
• Measure conversion rates of identified candidates through the recruitment funnel
• Build relationships with key business stakeholders to understand the roles in maintenance, field service, facilities and maintenance. field service, project engineering, and other areas including finance, etc.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a talent sourcer, recruitment coordinator, sales representative, or related role
• Field Service, Engineering, Maintenance or Technical recruiting experience preferred.
• Comfort with communicating with varying experience levels
• Knowledge in MS Office, eRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Must be willing to travel 30% domestic to attend recruiting events and conferences
