Technical Help Desk Opportunity!
We are working with an exciting company in Menomonee Falls who asked us to find them an IT Help Desk Technician. You will assist the Divisional Manager in acting as a liaison between the IT Site Services department and the IT representatives at all Corporate IT departments.
As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of IT hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operation of the Business. Primary responsibilities include.

• Installing, and configuring computer hardware and software, Office 365 & Microsoft Teams support. Including upgrades across all divisions.
• Supporting multiple OS levels including Apple and Android.
• Working closely with other teams within the company’s IT and to be the primary point of contact for local IT support.
• This position will also participate in driving business process changes through technology and who works well independently or in a group to help develop technical strategies to propel our business forward.
• You will be expected to work closely with vendors and external support representatives.
• Assist with providing oversight and understanding of IT Site Service needs at our primary and remote U.S. locations.
• Provide first level support to end user devices and peripherals (PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, Android Devices, MACs, Printers, Scanners, Etc.).
• Recognize and identify potential areas where policies and procedures require change or development and report them to the appropriate manager.

What Do You Need to Be Considered?

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field!
• Two to three years’ experience in working on or managing IT related projects.
• 5-6 years’ supporting current IT technologies. Windows, Apple, and Android operating systems, Office 365, Networking, ServiceNow, Mitel, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of networks and TCP/IP protocol.
• Knowledge and understanding of budgeting, forecasting and inventory management.

This is a full-time, estimated 12-month onsite role in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Pay Rate: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
