Client Service Manager Senior Tax Associate

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager & Senior Tax Associate to join our team at Urgent Recruiting in Tampa FL. As a Client Service Manager & Senior Tax Associate you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for overseeing the tax preparation process and providing guidance and support to our team of tax associates. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong relationships with them Understand and anticipate clients needs and provide timely and effective solutions Oversee the tax preparation process and ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulations Provide guidance and support to tax associates including training and development Review tax returns and identify opportunities for tax planning and savings Communicate with clients regarding taxrelated matters and address any concerns or questions Stay uptodate on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless and efficient client experience Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth within the client portfolio Ensure all client information is accurately entered and maintained in the companys systems Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field CPA license preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and client service Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the industry If you are a dedicated and driven individual with a passion for providing exceptional client service and have a strong background in tax preparation we want to hear from you!
