As a VIP Helpline Agent, you'll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for our patients in need. Your empathy, active listening skills, and professionalism will guide you in gathering crucial information, addressing immediate needs, and ensuring seamless escalation when necessary. - Handle incoming healthcare contact center calls, providing support to our senior community.
- Collect and verify demographic information accurately using standard software and systems.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address immediate caller needs, escalating as necessary.
- Document all interactions professionally and according to approved procedures.
- Employ effective verbal communication strategies to gather information and provide reassurance.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics. Position Requirements/ Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center.
- Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Physical Requirements:
- Minimum internet speed of 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.
