Job Description:


Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in New York City. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing customer support to our clients. As an Associate level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers - Document all customer interactions and report recurring issues to management - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals on a consistent basis - Stay up to date on industry trends and customer behavior to anticipate needs


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and driven personality with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead customer interactions - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working from home or in a remote setting is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
