Financial Services client in Fort Worth needs an HRIS Analyst on a contract basis to assist with a Human Resources and Data Analyst project to update and standardize their data capture process within Workday HCM. This is a 3 month contract assignment. Hybrid work schedule: 3 days a week in Fort Worth / Downtown Offices/ Some flex
HRIS Data Analyst/Workday HCM (contract position):
The Workday system has partial and incomplete work history, talent / skills data and deal-related information for approximately 52% of the employee population. The organization needs assistance to obtain, harmonize and migrate the missing employee-related meta data into Workday to fill the information gaps and support predictive analysis and reporting.
Needing a good Data Analyst/ HRIS Workday analyst to help populate talent information for over 750 new employees coming over from an acquisition. Primary task is to build out historical information on employees -Titles, Education, Certifications, Work History, Performance, Deal Activity, Projects, Skills & Experiences – etc. to input into their Workday HR system. Will be some strategy in how to set up and accomplish, working with HR manager, HRIS team, and employees to launch a data campaign, self-sourcing the data using LinkedIn or direct outreach to input into system.
Candidate should have Workday HRIS and HCM experience, excellent data and Excel skills, and able to perform manual and repetitive tasks to accomplish the client’s goals.
