Immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to service multiple properties from Carlisle, PA to Reading, PA
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for handling mainly building envelope maintenance needs and property upkeep for 50+ commercial and light industrial sites.
Company vehicle and tools will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Visit customer buildings for regular check-ins and general upkeep.
- Lighting maintenance (bulb replacement).
- Exterior painting.
- Gutter maintenance.
- Fire system checks.
- Light Plumbing.
- Light Electrical.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial property maintenance experience.
- Prior experience servicing multiple properties preferred.
- Skilled trades schooling preferred.
- Ability to complete maintenance work independently.
