What matters most as the sales support analyst:

• Pay starting at $23.50 / hour, negotiable for the right experience
• 3 month contract opportunity with a high possibility of extension or conversion to permanent
• Hybrid remote schedule for a flexible and supportive environment, must be within 50 miles of Wayne, PA
• Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm schedule

Your new role as the sales support analyst:

• Prepare contract, lease, loan, and other financial agreements, ensuring contact and pricing structure meet requirements
• Act as primary point of contact by phone and email for customers and vendors to address documentation, transactions, policies, and application data
• Fund and book transactions, and authorize contract activation and vendor payments
• File UCCs, send PMSI letters, initiate lien searches, and obtain subordination agreements
• Calculate and validate pricing for agreements

Your experience to be the sales support analyst:

• 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment
• Experience reviewing and preparing lease documents and contracts
• High school diploma required
• Experience with Docusign
