Senior Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a full-service restaurant manager in casual or upscale casual dining
- Must have experience running a busy restaurant floor with a sales volume of 4M or higher
- Highly polished and professional with strong leadership skills
- Ability to hold team accountable to standards and inspire others to be their best
- Commitment to diversity & inclusion, high level of comfortability working in a diverse space
- Desire to grow your career in restaurants & hospitality
