Primary Responsibilities:
1. Clean kitchen items including: machines; floors; walls; sinks; mats; hood; ovens; grill; microwave ovens; stove; coolers; and refrigerators.
2. Clean loading docks, restrooms and kitchen offices.
3. Assist with employee training.
4. Remove trash and clean trashcans as necessary.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
6. Comply with all Fisher Island standards (i.e., grooming, conduct, policies and procedures)

Education/Skills/Work Experience Required:
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and equipment operation.

Working Conditions Associated With Job:
• Heavy lifting, kitchen equipment environment.
