Warehouse Driver - Part Time - Fast Hire

A well-established nonprofit organization located in Lakeland, FL is looking to hire a Part-Time Warehouse Associate/Non CDL Driver. In this position, you will be responsible for operating cargo vans and pickup trucks to assist with food pickups from various donation sites, sorting and weighing donations, and assisting the Warehouse Manager with daily tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate cargo vans and pickup trucks to and from donation sites
• Work directly with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate pickup and delivery of donations
• Utilize forklift and pallet jacks to pull and stage orders
• Assists with loading and unloading products in a timely manner
• Maintain an accurate weight of all donated products
• Receive donations and sort them properly
• Assist with special events as needed
• Assists with any other duties as assigned by management such as trash removal, cardboard baler, and moving/sorting products as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record required
• Proven ability to operate a cargo van and pickup truck
• Able to lift and deliver donations up to 60lbs
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
• Effective communication and ability to follow instructions
• Understanding of workplace safety protocols and practices
• Communicates and cooperates with supervisors and coworkers

What You Can Expect

• $16.00/hr, starting pay rate
• Schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 12:00pm
