Administrative Assistant

Superior Aircraft Services , Inc. is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and people focused Administrative Assistant. This role has a wide range of responsibilities supporting the entire employee lifecycle and will be the point-person for our Boston Logan International Airport operations. This is a highly visible role with room for growth. We are looking to fill this role with a high performing individual who is looking to grow their skills and professional career in Human Resources.

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
• Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform recruitment duties such as screen candidates, schedule interviews
• Manage onboarding life cycle
• Manage Airport Badging and CBP applications
• Payroll
• Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
