LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking Customer Service Lead for a Contract to Hire opportunity with a client in the Home Furnishings industry. This role is onsite based in Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a leadership role and come from a Home Furnishings or similar industry background.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels including Outlook, phone systems, and Sales Force, while ensuring a positive and professional demeanor.
- Processing and recording various data such as customer orders, sample requests, and internal/external communications, and conducting research to resolve issues and complaints.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through accurate information provision, preparation of reports for sales and internal staff, updating departmental procedures, guidelines, and policies, and facilitating open communication and feedback within the team.
Experience and Skills:
- Associate degree preferred or minimum of 3 years relevant experience, coupled with at least 2 years of previous leadership experience.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, coupled with keen attention to detail and organizational abilities, enabling composure in all customer interactions.
Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
Work hours: 8 am - 5 pm
