Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Austin, Texas. As an Associate level team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our processes.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline processes and improve productivity - Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for team members - Support in project management tasks and ensure timely completion of projects - Participate in meetings and provide insights on operational issues and solutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 4 years of experience in a similar operations role - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and adaptable nature - Soft skills in negotiation and decision-making - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
