We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our new Summerlin location who is fun, energetic, loud—and wants to grow with us.

Things we would need you to do:

- Hire, train, motivate and mentor the staff 

- Meet sales goals by taking really good care of our customers

- Be comfortable ordering and preparing food

- Set staff schedule and ensure compliance with policies and procedures 

- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards 

- Propose innovative ideas to increase revenue and profitability 

- Deal with any complaints or grievances with grace and empathy

- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, inclusive of tips and incentives
