Responsibilities of Cargo Manager:

• Manage and coordinate the movement of goods and materials through various transportation modes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cargo department, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize cargo efficiency and meet customer service goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall logistics performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications for Cargo Manager: 

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cargo management, freight operations, or logistics coordination.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking shipments and analyzing data.
