Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for Full Time at Salmon VNA, providing home health to patients located in/around Milford, MA. You must hold an active or pending Speech Language Pathology (SLPCCC) state license to apply for this position.
