JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the President, the Accounts Manager is responsible for all sales activities for current clients and future prospects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up on new sales leads.
- Present and sell security products to clients and prospects.
- Conduct on site surveys and talk with prospects about security needs.
- Prepare sales documents including technical data and quotes.
- Develop and maintain professional looking sales materials.
- Keep in contact with clients regarding estimated delivery/install dates.
- Follow up with clients regarding current security projects.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Maintain sales database to allow the ease of reporting on various sales activities.
- Coordinate with purchasing and install departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Check into the latest pricing with various vendors to ensure we are getting the best prices.
- Develop new leads and business prospects.
- Participate in seminars, trade shows, and training events.
- Provide training to new account managers.
