Accountant - Hiring Fast

Job Description: Our client is Staff Accountant who can quickly adapt, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our client’s finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting various accounting functions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly journal entries and participate in month-end close processes

• Generate and analyze financial statements

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate any variances

• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts

• Review inter-company transactions for accuracy

• Generate and send invoices to clients

• Assist with budget management and review

• Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, PeopleSoft)

• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively

• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities

• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Pay Details: $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
