Job Description - Catering Coordinator

The Catering Coordinator will work closely with the restaurant leadership team and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will

Organize, execute, deliver and set up catering for our guests around the Silver Spring and surrounding area
Work alongside our Leadership and Kitchen Team to create a growth and development plan to ensure the success of our sales outside of the restaurant.
Represent Chick-fil-A and Tech Road outside of the restaurant while delivering the highest level of customer service to our existing and future guests
Execute all catering orders with highest customer satisfaction (this includes working alongside team members to ensure proper menu items are being prepared in a timely manner and ensuring items are packaged correctly for travel)
Managing the order from the initial sale through successful completion
