Engineer Medical Devise, Entry Level (2024-03-22) - Leading Industry Pay

Job Description:

We are actively seeking Recent Engineering graduates or Engineering students that are gradurating within the next two semesters who wish to work part time to work in the Engineering, Regulatory, and/or Quality Systems. This is an entry level position with focus on training and developing into a full time job after graduation. The prospective employee will gain an understanding of the product by spending the first couple of months in production learning about processes and the product itself.

Prospective employees will gain exposure in an engineering manufacturing environment.

Such exposure will include, but not limited to:

• Design Process of manufactured components
• Updating Bill of Materials for new products
• Modifying Bill of Materials for existing products when needed
• Testing of both current and new product lines
• Writing documentation for regulatory purposes
• Researching regulations to stay/become compliant with all necessary regulations set forth by governing bodies
• Update/create work instructions for assembly of products
• Helping lead engineers on projects when needed

Skills

• Experience with JTAG
• Experience with wireless stacks such as Wi-Fi and / or Blue tooth
• Active participation during the whole product life cycle of at least one successful product
• Experience programming signal processing algorithms in C
• Experience in developing requirements definitions and functions
• Good understanding of the embedded architectures and interfacing
• Basic programming knowledge, (coding and software development)
• Experience with Strain gauges
• Conduct detailed firmware and hardware validations to ensure quality product
