Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional who is passionate about connecting with the people around you? Do you have previous experience in a learning and development role?

We're looking for you to join our team as a Learning Coordinator - Audit Centre from anywhere in Canada.

As the Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to implement suitable delivery systems and ensures the effective delivery of various projects. This includes completing projects promptly and within budget, while fostering relationships with clients, project team members, and external vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support on learning projects
  • Consulting with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives
  • Meeting development milestones
  • Overseeing planning activities
  • Managing day-to-day project operations
  • Leading meetings, maintaining project documentation, resolving issues and managing budgets
  • Other assignments as required
