Maintenance Proposal and Sales Specialist - Rapid Progression

Role Overview:

As a Maintenance Proposal and Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our MRO division. Reporting to the MRO Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for producing timely, accurate, and competitive maintenance proposals to meet the needs of our clients. This position offers a salaried, full-time opportunity with room for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

**Gather information from various sources to create maintenance proposals that meet our high standards.

**Adhere strictly to the quoting process outlined in our best practices manual.

**Ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients as per established timelines.

**Attend daily sales meetings to prioritize and complete quotes efficiently.

**Provide research support to the sales team, including obtaining pricing and other relevant information.

**Maintain accuracy and clarity in proposal content.

**Track proposals through the request and follow-up phases using our CRM system.

**Interface with customers as needed to facilitate the quoting process.

**Maintain and update pricing databases and sales materials.

**Participate in technical sales events and support customer outreach initiatives.

**Communicate professionally with colleagues, management, and customers at all times.

**Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aviation software packages

**Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

**Excellent communication skills

**Attention to detail and accuracy

**Bilingual in Spanish and English required
