Responsibilities
Embrace company's core values
Always have a mindset of self-sustainability, single-handedly finding solutions to challenges, and spread this mindset within the entire company
Follows the approved script for calls and processes and is smart about adapting it to the conversation at hand so they can generate interest from prospects
Does their own research and reads all the materials the client sends to learn as much as possible about the client’s products and current offering
Answers initial questions from leads and makes sure that they have a meeting with the client scheduled
Uses our CRM to keep track of all the leads and their status
Implements feedback from the Sales Manager to ensure the meeting with our client is booked from the first call
Books the meeting for our client while on the phone with the lead, at a time convenient on both ends
Contacts the leads from our lists or lists provided by our clients
Keeps detailed notes from each call and updates the CRM accordingly
