Job Description:- 5+ years experience managing an enterprise Exchange environment.
- 5+ years experience managing external DNS and Microsoft DNS in an enterprise.
- Ability and willingness to work in a 24*7*365 environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead when required and provide guidance on project engagements.
- Enterprise Exchange system engineering experience (Exchange 2019 / Exchange Online).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Scripting experience: Powershell, Python, RESTful API.
- Experience using a helpdesk or IT incident management software (Service Now).
- Excellent knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.
- Customer focused on timely issue resolution in a team oriented environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong critical thinking / problem-solving, and the ability to debug complex-cross systems problems, and document root causes including remediation.
- Experience in change and incident management.
- Experience with testing and deployment of automation tools.
- General knowledge of software development practices.
- Understanding of IP networking and network architecture.
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory DNS and Sites and Services.
- Experience managing cloud based DNS: Cloudflare and Route 53.
- Scripting and automation based on Cloudflare API.
- Knowledge of HTTP, TLS, and CDN standards and technology.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of products and links to Exchange Online
- Working knowledge of MDM solutions (Intune).
